    Truthfulness Through Prophecies

    Prophecies

    Allah has Clearly Stated in the Qur’an:

     

    عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ فَلَا يُظْهِرُ عَلَىٰ غَيْبِهِ أَحَدًا {27} إِلَّا مَنِ ارْتَضَىٰ مِنْ رَسُولٍ فَإِنَّهُ يَسْلُكُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ رَصَدًا {28}

    He is the Knower of the unseen; and He reveals not His secrets to any one, Except to him whom He chooses, namely a Messenger of His. And then He causes an escort of guarding angels to go before him and behind him (Chapter 72 Verses 27-28)

     

    It is clear that Allah chooses whom He wants to bless with the revelation of the unseen and He would not do so to a liar. Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas has made a large amount of prophecies and the purpose of this section will be to show some of the beautiful prophecies which he made. It is not possible to narrate all as that itself would take a lifetime, but these prophecies are compiled in Tadhkirah, which can be read online.

    The End of Dowie

    One of the famous and well known prophecies of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام is the one regards to the false Prophet whose named was John Alexander Dowie

    Pandit Lekhram, A Miserable End

    The prophecy of Pandit Lekhram was a prophecy which brought many to Islam and helped establish the truth of Islam throughout the country of India

    The Prophecy About Guru Nanak

    One of the great prophecies of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام was that Allah had shown him that Guru Nanak was a Muslim. Ahmadas stated

    The Two Great Martyrs

    Another important prophecy of the Promised Messiah عليه السلام is the prophecy of the two martyrs. Allah Revealed to Ahmad  عليه السلام

    The Repentance of Muhammad Hussain

    Muhammad Hussain Batalwi was one of the greatest opponents of Ahmadiyyat and hated this Jammat wholeheartedly, dispite originally being a great follower of Ahmad  عليه السلام

    The Son Born With Boils

    The next prophecy is one of the most beautiful prophecies of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام and will be presented in his own words

    The Prophecy About Dalip Singh

    A beautiful prophecy of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام which was a great sign for the Sikh people, was the prophecy of Prince Dalip Singh

    Enemy Without Progeny

    Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام stated in regards to one of his opponents on September 29, 1894, named Sadullah of Ludhiana

    Expansion of The Jamaat

    That is [Arabic] Enlarge your house; people will come to you from very distant lands. Accordingly I have seen this prophecy fulfilled [through the coming of visitors] from Peshawar to Madras

    Bai’at of Mirza Sultan Ahmad’s Son

    “In a dream that I saw on October 20, 1899, I saw a boy whose name was ‘Aziz and his father’s name began with Sultan. That boy was brought before me and was seated before me. I noticed that he was slim of body and had a fair complexion”

    There is Death Everywhere

    I saw in a vision that a large number of grievous deaths had created an impression as if the Judgment Day had arrived and the divine revelation issued from my mouth

    The Great Conference

    Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام also prophecied in regards to the great conference where The Philosophy of the Teachings of Islam was read out

    Sultan-ul-Qalam

    That is, I see his hand, which flashes like a sword in respect of incontrovertible arguments, and then I see him with Dhulfaqar

    The Revealed Sermon

    Another great revelation of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas was the revealed sermon. This entire sermon was a revelation of Allah and was truly eloquent in Arabic and full of wisdom

    The Revolution in Iran

    The second prophecy which, out of many thousands, I now wish to narrate relates to Afghanistan’s neighbour Iran. On January 15, 1906, Hazrat Mirza Sahib, the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) received the revelation:

    The Great War of 1914-1918

    Another prophecy of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام was in regards to the great war of 1914-1918

    The Plague

    The prophecy of the plague is also a prophecy of Ahmad  عليه السلام which was brought many Muslims and non Muslims to the true teachings of Islam and into the Jamaat of Ahmadiyyat

    The Promised Son

    Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad  عليه السلام had thousands of prophecies, but no prophecy is more beautiful and in depth, than the prophecy of the Promised Son

    More Prophecies in the Words of Ahmad عليه السلام

    Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه‎ stated: ” “Allah does not take (the life of ) a Prophet except at the location in which He wants him to be buried.’ (Jami’ at Tirmidhi Hadith #1018)
